Which are your favs? At least zippi gets Honey Baked ham without the coating...:roflmao2:
http://images.forbes.com/media/lifestyle/2005/09/14/1_0914feat2.jpg Red meat is very fattening (unless it's lean), and with a pot roast, it has been baking in it's own--and added--fats for hours. This meal takes a lot of hard work to make--just be sure not to overdo it.

http://images.forbes.com/media/lifestyle/2005/09/14/2_0914feat2.jpg Fall is the season for pumpkins, and that means there won't be a shortage of pumpkin breads, rolls and, of course, pie. It's just too bad it contains so much fat!

-- whipped cream

http://images.forbes.com/media/lifestyle/2005/09/14/3_0914feat2.jpg Comfort-food meals are never complete without mashed potatoes and gravy. They may be soothing to the soul, but the calories won't look good on your body.

Calories: 562 (388 from fat)

http://images.forbes.com/media/lifestyle/2005/09/14/4_0914feat2.jpg Sweet potatoes are high in nutrients, but when they are mixed with ingredients, like sugar, whole milk and margarine, they are super fattening. Try them baked instead.

http://images.forbes.com/media/lifestyle/2005/09/14/5_0914feat2.jpg Pork is a high fat meat, and when it's honey baked, it gets added sugar as well. Some people will add several glazes along with fruit to get a sweeter taste, but these up the calorie count.

http://images.forbes.com/media/lifestyle/2005/09/14/6_0914feat2.jpg When fall arrives, outdoor grills get replaced by indoor ovens, and it seems we get bombarded with baked goods. Breads, cookies and pies make the season sweet, but are big culprits in weight gain. The sweet aromas from the oven may be nice, but what they'll do to your waistline isn't.

Total Carbohydrate: 63.1 grams
Protein: 6.9 grams

http://images.forbes.com/media/lifestyle/2005/09/14/7_0914feat2.jpg Starbucks Caramel Macchiato

As the temperature drops outside, we tend to spend more time in cafes, warming our insides with fancy coffees and other hot drinks. Unfortunately, the calories can add up from these seemingly harmless drinks. One may not seem like a lot, but pay attention to how many times you head to Starbucks each day

http://images.forbes.com/media/lifestyle/2005/09/14/9_0914feat2.jpg Pancakes alone may not seem too bad, but they just aren't the same without maple syrup. Together, they add up to more than 300 calories--and that's not including butter on top!
