I need a really good cheeseball recipe.
Like the ones that have worchestshire, and cream cheese in them. Then you roll the whole thing in pecans.

DH is craving one! Got to keep that tummy happy.

Three kinds of cheese give this cheese ball its full-bodied flavor. Serve with your favorite crackers or bread at your next party.

1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
4 ounces blue cheese, crumbled
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons prepared brown mustard
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup chopped pecans
2/3 cup currants
3/4 cup chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
In a mixing bowl or food processor, combine cream cheese, blue cheese, cheddar cheese, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder and salt. Beat at low speed just until well mixed.
Stir in pecans and currants. Refrigerate for 30 minutes, or until slightly firm, then shape into a ball.
Roll ball in parsley to evenly coat. Serve immediately or cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve.
If refrigerated, let stand at room temperature for about 30 minutes before serving.
Makes 16 servings.

Okay, here's another good one.

Cream cheese, green onions, and a little jar of that Hormel dried beef. You cut the beef up into the tiniest pieces you can, and then mix it all up. Roll it in pecans and dive in. It is heaven!

Pineapple Pecan Cheeseball

1 cup of chopped pecans
1 pkg of cream cheese (softened)
1 small can of crushed pineapple
2 b]tablespoons of diced green chilies
1/2 small onion diced (really small)
1 tbsp Seasoned Salt

mix 1/2 of the pecans in the mixture, form into a ball with saran wrap and put in the freezer for about 30 minutes. Take it out of the freezer and roll around in the rest of the chopped pecans.

It is awesome! I served it at a party last week and substituted almonds for the pecans and left out the green chilies an onions and used green onions instead. GoodStuff!
