What do Microsoft Programmers do in their off-time? Play Tennis? Go on vacations? No, of course not. They program! If you wait a few weeks after a new version of Windows is released, you can usually find some nifty little programs called Power Toys. These are programs that the Microsofties wished they had put in the final release of Windows, but didn't have time to finish. You'll find a number of great utilities, including the Alt-Tab replacement, which shows a screenshot of the programs as well as their icon when switching between them. I also like the image resizer. It allows me to right-click on an image and instantly shrink it for e-mailing. I love these Power Toys, and best of all, they're free!
