For the leaf I used an old Cool Whip lid and just cut it to shape before painting it :) I really like how it turned out!

Yep, it's a real 45. It might get more warped, but since it's already so warped from the oven I don't think it'll matter too much. If it does, oh well-- the whole project cost me 50 cents since I already had the paint, the cool whip lid and the scrap wood. All I had to buy was the 45 since I couldn't part with any from my collection :roflmao2:

That is stinkin" cute! How did you attach the record to the wood?

I used a glue gun. I think if I make some more, I'll use another type of glue though because it might degrade and loosen in the hot sun.
