Which would you pick?

You had a choice of Cooking sit down dinner for 10 people or cooking a buffet dinner for 25 people.

Which would you pick and why??

Buffet because I tend to over cook anyway and there really isn't much difference between cooking for 10 than there is for 25.

Buffet. That way I can cook a ton of things and dump them in a huge aluminum pan and let them dig in. Oh and less dishes. I'd use sturdy paper plates and plastic cups.

I thnk a sit down dinner would be easier.

I also think a sit down would be easier. There is a big difference between 10 and 25 people!
