Is it forced air or room by room units?

We don't have A/C at all, and it's HOT!

We have central air. My mom lives next door and she has two window a/c's and the heat is just terrible. She's a tightwad though and hates to turn on the ac. Umm.. you can't breathe from the heat in here, just do it I tell her.

Lake Michigan is our a/c. If the wind is coming out of the south, or east, the temp can be as much as 20 degrees cooler here than it is just a couple miles further inland.

We have hot water heat (radiators) so no central air. But,we do have 2 window a/c units we use occasionally.

YES! In our home in LasVegas we have central air and we keep it at 85 to 90.... but when the outside is in the 100's it feels great *smile*

Plus we have 7 ceiling fans *smile*

Here in Hawaii, no air, no ceiling fans.... But there are a few floor fans.... and it gets hella hot here......

We have radiators and central air. We don't have enough ceiling fans, dh wants more. We would be miserable without central air. It gets very humid here, it was at 75 the other day and I was so hot. Dana, I couldn't cope at your settings.

Oh yes we have a/c. Central air and 7 ceiling fans. We have the a/c set on 77-80. Sometimes the upstairs is set a few degrees lower than downstairs because it's warmer upstairs.

We have central air but we use the ceiling fans to move it around better so that we can keep it at a higher temperature and it still feels cool because the air is moving.

Boy I'm jealous of all of you! It's been above 90 all week with 60%+ humidity. We're melting away here :thud:

I would die without air. I didn't know that people didn't have air. I've never lived anywhere without air since I left Scotland. My car even has vented seats to push the air conditioning up your butt.

We have 5 ceiling fans and my parents just bought 2 window AC's for us. They have central air in fla and are staying here for a month and they couldn't stand it anymore. It's been in the 90's all week here. Today it is supposed to rain and cool off some. Plath, I feel sorry for you girl!

Last summer wasn't too bad-- we had a mild summer and our house is pretty shaded, but last fall the neighbors cut down one of their trees on the property line and we lost a lot of shade from it. And it doesn't help that the past week it's been hotter than it was all last summer! :donno:
It's good for my garden though so I'll not complain.
