What home improvement plans do you have for the summer?

We're almost done with the master bedroom-- just need to finish the crown molding, get a light fixture and sand & seal the floors! :clap: :clap:

We'll never be done. We're already talking about adding on to the house :ohhh:

We want to fix up our unfinished basement so the kids will use it. We have a toy room down there now, but we need to paint the walls.
Also we want to tear up dd's carpet in her room and see what the floor is like. The carpet reeks of cats from previous owners.

We are going to have our front stoop/steps redone in a nice flagstone. We are also going to have a semi circular walkway put in so there is room to walk after getting out of the car to the front door. Right now it is all grass and when it is snowy or rainy you step right out of the car into a muddy or slushy mess.

I am continuing to empty 33 years of "stuff" out of this house so we can start repairs and put it on the market Spring 2006. We have started planning our new house which I think will be located on the ranch property. At first I was leaning towards buying something in a town/ city.

After the wedding the FIRST thing we must do is put a roof on the ranch barn $$$$.

Get rock to border the yard, keep gardening, I want to rip up some carpet and put tile down. Between the kitchen and family room there is a space that really should be tile not carpet, and that area always get stuff from the table or the dogs coming inside.

DH and picked out paint for our room so this summer we will probably be painting.

I am going to rearrange the living room soon. I also want to rearrange and possibly paint in the master bedroom.
