need some help please

I have been gone for so long that when I got back on this board I realized that I need to update my profile and change a few things that no longer fit. Such as where I live. I have moved :thud:
I can't seem to find the right place to get into my profile to change the info.
Can someone tell me where I need to go or how to do it?
