Both bathrooms up at the ranch have CARPET on the floor!!! What do people do when they dribble and upchuck? Or just drip after a shower...eeeeeeeeew. Anyway we plan to put down new flooring that can be mopped.
Do you have carpet in your bathroom/s?

Nope. No carpet in our bathrooms! I could never understand why ppl would do that..
In our 1st floor powder room there is green linoleum. Our 2nd floor bath has vinyl.

We pulled the carpet in our bathrooms up and tiled.
They started on our two additions last week. I get woke up at 7:00 am sharp with banning and our dog barking and strange noise. It's not NICE to wake me up early. :foottap:
We're building a new master bath & walk-in closets on one side of the house, and an appartment for hubby's 92 year old father on the other side.
The yard is a muddy mess and we have to wash the dog about every night. but they say that they will have it finished in a few months. Then I shall lie in my jacuzzi and bubble for hours.

I have 14 inch tile in the bathrooms it is the same as my kitchen and foyer. but i do have wall to wall in one sink area. I have a throw rug there for now but I'm either going to tile it or put hardwoods in. This month we are working on my mum's condo the painter is coming today to paint the entire place then they are puting in laminate flooring . We already had the 2 inch wooden blinds are delivered and waiting til it gets painted. Not that I'm doing any of the work but my handyman is doing it. I am going to make new cornice boards for her and I'm putting chair rail and wallpapering my laundry room.

It sounds like you guys will be busy. I have a ton of things on my list, but it's way to cold here to paint. As soon as the weather gets better the contractor is coming back to redo the front porch. I imagine it won't be until April.
tile in our bathrooms if I had carpet in them with all these boys :thud: We are going to take the carpet out of the kitchen and I got some of those under the cabinets lights that need to be put in

We are getting new flooring in our dining room/kitchen/laundry room in March. We picked out ceramic tile. I *hate* my floor, so I can't wait!

We have carpet in the masterbath only because it cost TOO MUCH to "upgrade" to vinyl or tile. :roflmao2: :donno: I hate carpet in the bathroom. Just dumb. We spent $$$ on tile for the kitchen because carpet is standard for the eating area. :roflmao2: Not with my kids!! :thud:
We have grass in the back. While dh was in Vegas ds and I plant 4 citrus trees. 2 grapefruit, 1 orange and 1 lemon. And last week dh helped me plant a garden. So far, tomatoes (yuck), green and red peppers, 1 jalepeno pepper. We have planted seeds yet but we have brussel sprouts (yuck), carrots, basil, onion, chives, lettuce and a few other things I just can't remember.

No carpet in the bathroom here! My parents had it in their bathroom-- the previous owners GLUED the carpet down to ceramic tile. Boy was that a job to get cleaned up! They took out the carpet and bought remnants for a while that my mom took to the laundromat to wash so at least it could be sanitary. They completely took it out and got all the glue off the tile about a year ago, so no carpet anymore.
We're still slowly working on doing the master bedroom. We bought a new window last week, and dh bought all the 2x4s for the closet yesterday. He's working in there for a while today. It's slow going.

No carpet in any of our bathrooms.
Our only project for March is to scale down our household. We're getting rid of furniture, exercise equipment, knick knacks, books, tapes, etc. in preparation for our upcoming move. We've put a lot of it on ebay and it's done rather well. :-)
