Oven Chicken Tenders/Nuggets

Boneless/skinless chicken strips or nuggets (about 4 breasts, cut)
1 cup flour
1/4 teaspoon each: paprika, salt substitute and garlic powder
1 cup liquid egg substitute
Corn flakes, crushed (or corn flake crumbs)
Butter-flavored cooking spray
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine the flour and seasonings in a plastic or paper bag. Place the chicken pieces in the bag and shake to coat with the flour mixture. Dip the flour-coated chicken pieces in the egg substitute and roll in the corn flake pieces/crumbs. Spray with non-stick cooking spray; place in baking dish. Bake (uncovered) for 25 to 35 minutes until done.
