Easy Chicken Pot Pie
1 pkg. (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Chicken
1-1/2 cups hot water
1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter or margarine, cut into pieces
1 jar (12 oz.)chicken gravy (or turkey gravy)
2 cups chopped cooked chicken or turkey
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen mixed vegetables
1/4 tsp. dried thyme leaves (optional)
MIX contents of Vegetable/Seasoning packet, hot water and butter in large bowl until butter is melted. Stir in Stuffing Crumbs just to moisten. Let stand 5 minutes.
POUR gravy into 2-quart casserole. Stir in chicken, vegetables and thyme. Spoon stuffing over chicken mixture.
BAKE at 350°F for 45 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
