Take ham to grocer and have it sliced. Trim off skin and excess fat. Soak ham in water for 1 minute, (do this three times). Drain.
Mix paste to taste:
2 cans crushed pineapple
mustard to taste
brown sugar to taste
Cook to boil and let cool.
Spread layer of paste on 1 side of each slice of ham. Place on broiler pan. Completely seal with aluminum foil. Bake 350 degrees for 2 1/2 hours. Do not overbake.
