My family would NOT be happy if I didn't make this for special meals.
2 qts. mixed greens
2 11 oz.. cans Mandarin oranges
1 C. roasted peanuts
1 white onion sliced
Dressing:
1/3 c sugar
1/3 c vinegar
1 C salad oil
1 tsp dry mustard
1 tsp salt
1 Tbsp celery seed
1 small white onion
Put in blender and whirrrrrrrrrrrrr
Ideally refrigerate dressing a day or so before serving over the salad. It is still good if you make it and serve immediately.
