Remember the ones she posted a picture for that looked scrumptous!!
For cake mixture you will need:
100g (4oz) margarine
100g (4oz) caster sugar
100g (4oz) SR flour
2 size 3 eggs
For filling you will need
100g (4oz) icing sugar
50g (2oz) butter
(cream the icing and butter to form)
(a soft cream)
method for cake
Cream marg and sugar till light and fluffy, beat in eggs one at a time with a little of the flour. Then fold in the rest of the flour.
place in paper muffin cases and bake at 190c, 375f for 15 mins.
When cold slice off top of each cake,cut this in half.
Place a little butter icing on each cake and arrange "wings" on top of filling. Dust with icing sugar to decorate
