We go to 11:15 am mass so we are out by 12:15. Home by 12:30. For years we have gone out but it is the baby's nap time. So we are having dinner at home. So I was having honey baked ham, macaroni and cheese, sweet potato fries, deviled eggs, rolls & butter, Asian orange salad, jello salad, pasta salad. I wasn't going to have dessert because DH brought the Easter candy home from Scotland. I have a sticky toffee in the freezer if I change my mind. So I'd like to have that fruit cocktail sauce that we use to have back in the day. Also jello mold salad that has vegtables in it. So i'm looking for recipes for the sauce and jello salad. Or any other suggestion.

I found a recipe for the sauce. My kind of recipe, 2 ingredients. One can of whole cranberries and one can of fruit cocktail extra cherries. heat and mix in a pot. tastes good not to sweet.

The sauce sounds good! I've never heard of it but will file it away for the future.

Everyone liked the sauce. The jello was a no go...I couldn't find a recipe.
