Auntie Graham's Cranberry Ice

21/2 cups of water

4 cups of cranberries

2 cups of sugar

1 tablespoon of gelatin

Juice from two lemons

• Cook cranberries until soft.

• Strain out the berries.

• Add sugar to the liquid and stir until dissolved.

• Stir the gelatin into ½ cup of water.

• Mix the liquids, pour into individual ramekins and freeze overnight.
