Coffee Creamers

At the grocery store I noticed that they had the International Delight coffee creamers 3/$5.. I am wondering, can those be frozen and still taste ok?

My mom used to freeze milk and when she thawed it out, she would shake it really good. It obviously wasn't skim milk -- she was mixing the fat back in. I'm sure you could but since it expands when frozen, maybe you should take a little out first. I wonder if the General Foods website has a Q&A. Hmmmm ...

They had 3 new flavors called Coffeehouse Inspirations. I only bought one this time, caramel machiatto. The also had white chocolate coconut and chocolate eclair. I might go ahead and freeze a little bit of what I got now and see how it does. I'll let you know.

That was what I was going to say - try one and see how it does. They have a long shelf life too don't they?

I put some in a container and froze it. It is perfectly ok to freeze them. ;)
