Windows - What's under the hood of your PC? Find out by clicking on Start, Programs, Accessories, System Tools, System Information. Pull this page up before calling Tech Support. They'll need this info.
Internet - Quickly scroll through links on a page by hitting the TAB key. Hit ENTER to open the link. This tips works great when your mouse goes haywire.
Word - If you hate "Personalized Menus" as much as I do, turn them off! Pull down the Tools menu, choose Customize, and then choose the Options tab. Select "Always show full menus" and hit Close.
Excel - While selecting cells, hold down the CTRL key to extend your selection to non-contiguous cells.
