What are you planning for dinner tonight?

We have a kickball party so we get Pizza tonight. I doing the Carb Addicts diet so I guess i'm having a salad for that meal.

We are having Christmas in July in June.
We are making homemade ice cream right now and we are going to watch Emmet Otter's Jug-Band Christmas while we eat it.
I was thinking about have a Christmas dinner but wasn't up for making the turkey. (always up for eating it, though!)
So, we are having cornish game hens, baked macaroni & corn on the cob.

I will probably either make homemade margherita pizza or black bean/corn quesadillas with guacamole. I'll see which one sounds best (and easiest) by the time I get home tonight.

I have a pork loin roast cooking in crock pot. I flavor it with vinegar, lemon juice and pepper.

My daughters so it is Pizza Party at Peter Piper Pizza (a Chuck E Cheese kind of place. what fun)

And actually I just found out we are going to the CC Hooks Baseball Game, so now I'm REALLY HAPPY. :clap::clap:

I changed completely. We had veggie hot dogs on wheat buns, baked beans, and big fat homemade onion rings. It was really good -- and I cut up the leftover hot dogs and added to the rest of the baked beans, will use the leftover buns to make wheat bread crumbs with. Onion rings were gone. We're fat and happy.

I made baked chicken with garlic and cracked peppercorn seasoning ( pampered chef), mashed potatoes, corn, and chicken stuffing.

i ended up with a taco salad from Taco Bell after the baseball game. :)
