Buffalo chicken dip
The co-host of TODAY’s fourth hour shares her simple and savory dish

INGREDIENTS
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
2 cups sour cream
1 cup blue cheese salad dressing
1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce
2 1/2 cups shredded chicken, cooked
8 ounces provolone cheese, shredded



DIRECTIONS
Mix and bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.

Serve with Tostito Scoops.

The recipe I have is different but this ones sounds really good. I LOVE this stuff. There have been times we've had it for dinner (when I was too busy with homework to make something descent) on a Sunday while watching the races

I think leaving out the chicken (for those who don't eat meat) would also be good -- and you could put on top of baked potatoes, or roll up in tortillas and make enchiladas. I'm writing it down to keep it handy!

mmmm i love this stuff... i substitute the blue cheese dressing with ranch and ive never tried it with provolone cheese but that sounds super yummy!!! It's also good with ritz crackers

I use celery to dip as well.
