What do you love to cook?

I love to cook Japanese food. I used to caretake a Japanese woman who taught me to cook the most delicious meals.
Everything is cooked in soy sauce, sugar, Marin (Sweet rice wine) or Sake. My favorite dish is rolled egg.
It is made with 4-6 scrambed eggs, 1 TBL soy sauce, 3 TBL sugar & 1 TSP Sake, poured thinnly in a flat frying pan, cook the thin layer and then roll the egg into a roll (like cinnamon rolls), pour a new layer in the pan and reroll, continue until all the egg batter is gone. Once you have the roll all cooked, let cool and slice into thin slices, add a side of rice and Teriaki chicken and you have a fabulous meal of sweet/sour taste.
