Well, what's for dinner?

Judd had to go meet a friend at Buffalo Wild Wings to take some baseball tickets to him or something like that ... can you tell I wasn't listening? LOL! :blahblah:

I told him to eat there and bring me back a small salad, but I was already in the middle of making baked spaghetti casserole so it'll go in the fridge for tomorrow night.

And then I made a batch of cream puffs. Oh Lordy, why oh why oh WHY do I do that to myself? I fell for the same ol' line (from myself, no less!) ... like "oh, you'd better try one before putting the filling in." No problem. And then "hmm, wonder how much filling I should put?" So I eat another one with a LOT of filling and then say no, that was too much. A little less ... let's see how that is ... no, maybe some more. There goes another one. If there's any when Judd gets home later, it will be a small miracle.

Now I have phyllo dough thawing so that I can make some cherry tarts. I figure if there aren't any cream puffs when he gets home, at least there will be something. I'll save leftovers for tomorrow night when we eat the spaghetti.

SO WHAT'S EVERYBODY HAVING?

We are having chicken and dumplings. We all had a big breakfast of eggs, bacon, German dark break. Lunch was a nice healthy salad.

I love cream puffs. I have to limit the yummy sweets because "I" end of eating all of it! LOL

We are having chicken breast with a pampered chef jamacian jerk rub, angel hair pasta and green beans. My husband is still in TX so i invited my friend ( whose husband is deployed) and her 2 kiddos over for dinner. I don't wanna eat by myself:sad:. My sister was here visiting me all last week and she left today so now i am super lonely:donno:

We had frozen pizza. The ladies in my family got together again today to make cute and fun pillow cases for sick and critically injured kids (in my sister's memory). We are at about 100 pillow cases!!!!!!!!! :bs:

Hahahahahahaha I like how you cook :yep:

I have been fighting a migrain all day... we had fish sticks, my homemade mac and cheese, and corn.

Easy to make, and clean up... Now back to nursing my head.... :yikes:

I made pralines for zippigirls babyshower and they didn't dry in time. So I have a counter full of pralines. I wasn't hungry when I got back from the shower. But I did have this great creamcheese dessert that I'm getting the recipe for and I'll share it with you.

I didn't cook anything all day - haven't even been in the kitchen. LOL!
DH went out and got doughnuts this morning. Then, we spent the day shopping (got some PSP games, clothes, car TV/DVD players for our trip.)
We were at a store that was next to CiCi's Pizza (the kids were asking - how can I say no??? LOL!) So, we had salad, cheese bread and pizza for lunch.
We came home for dinner and I was going to make some meatloaf but DH said that it was too much work and took too long so he made burgers.
Gotta LOVE my DH!:yep:

(It wasn't the healthiest of days - but, like I said, I didn't even have to step foot in the kitchen all day! LOL!)
