More about the virus you may not know that you have
.

A new computer virus may be lying dormant in your computer right now.
And it may be waiting for April 1st to strike, to play an awful April Fool's joke on you.
Of the millions of viruses that are swimming around the internet, the "Conficker" virus or "April Fool's" virus is one which baffles experts the most, because of that it could cause the most harm to operating systems in years.
Companies that are researching how to stop the virus are finding a lot of dead ends.
First, no one knows where the virus started or who's responsible for it infecting more than 10 million computers. That information is so important to have, Microsoft has issued a quarter of a million dollar reward, for anyone who can point them in the direction of the culprits.
Second, the virus isn't doing anything. For now it's just waiting for a certain time, probably April 1, to kick in.
And finally, since it's not doing anything, folks don't really know how to fight it.
Technology Expert Eric Spellmann said, "Today's antivirus programs will find it, okay? They can look for it. However; if you've been infected with the virus for very long, it can go in and prevent your antivirus from updating to a version that will allow it to find it."
Spellmann added that your best bet, is to run a scan from one of the websites listed below.
