Tonight we're having chicken parmesan, a side of plain spaghetti and a salad.

Did you know that Bisquick is one of the best coatings for frying meat in? Just treat it like you would flour, but it's got added "stuff" in it. You can add your seasonings, etc. to the Bisquick. Just pat the meat dry, put it in the Bisquick, then in milk/egg, then back in the Bisquick for a final coating.

We had red beans and rice with smoked sausage and garlic bread last night.

Tonight, we have 2 basketball games and we have to leave in a little while and I'm still sitting on the couch. LOL! I don't know what we are having - but whatever it is, we have to have it in the next 15 minutes. :donno:
I'm still full from lunch (We went to McAllister's Deli and I had a baked potato.) Maybe I'll let the kids have a frozen pizza. I picked up a king cake for dessert.

shake and bake is also good to try fry chicken in. Add it to your flour mix and makes it real crispy
