Dinner bell for Saturday, 1/10/09

Ding ding ding! Dinner's ready!! LOL!

I made baked chicken with rosemary and seasoned salt/pepper, then 16 bean mix, and red cabbage. I also have some potato salad I will get out and either make cornbread or have Hawaiian rolls (already have them). And just now I sliced some strawberries to put on dessert shells with whipped cream. Yum yum!

We didn't have a very nutritious dinner tonight. I worked today and weekends at work are pretty busy. I made pigs-in-a-blanket, mac-n-cheese, and edaname beans.

I was at Macy's in the Galleria for the one day saletonight. So I had a pina colada smoothie and a chopped beef plate. I was also at Macy's ( a different one) before breakfast so I got bacon, cheese, egg taquito at Whataburger on the way home. At lunch time, I went to buy another scooter and had to drive by my favorite pizza shoppe, so my mum and I stopped for a slice. I'm so stuffed I can hardly move.:bs:

I LOVE Whataburger. I haven't eatem there since I was a child.

Then I guess I shouldn't tell you I had a Whataburger Jr for lunch. Oops, I just did. I was out shopping today and decided to stop by and get lunch for Judd, so I had to get myself something.

We had chicken fajitas and fried rice. Not a great combo... next time I'll have tomatoes on hand for the spanish rice.

We had homemade pizza.

tonight we had munchies for our Eagles party. DH and Ihad shrimp and then a bit later I made taco salad. School starts tomorrow and I'm still reading friggin' books, was up until 1 last night.
