Whatcha eating?

Judd had the rest of the chicken spaghetti stuff and some cheese toast. I haven't decided yet because I'm kinda tired. Would rather just take a bath and climb in bed. If I do eat later, it'll probably be cereal and toast.

I made homemade enchiladas and refried beans (from the can). DD ate the beans with hers, I am not fond of refried beans at all.

DH had leftover filled cabbage and DS and I had leftover chicken pot pie from my brothers! DS stayed at a friend's last night and I called there at 4 today because we hadn't heard from him since last night at 9! :foottap: Went and picked him up and then went to the grocery store. Tomorrow I'm baking to take desserts to my m-i-ls house.

I had my giant dinner -- half a peanut butter sandwich and a little dixie cup of Coke. I wasn't hungry but figured if I didn't eat something I'd wake up in the middle of the night starving and with a headache.

I hardly ate anything today. I skipped breakfast because I was busy. For lunch, we had a picnic at the zoo and I ate a sandwich and some crackers. For dinner, DH made gumbo and since I'm allergic to seafood - I ate potato chips and then nachos at the park. UGGH! I need to eat better!

We had spaghetti. Kids wanted the sauce left off, just wanted butter on their noodles. We also had an Italian salad from a kit and toasted garlic bread.

What is cheese toast? I have heard a couple of people mention that lately.

Just bread with a slice of American cheese on it, then broiled in the oven. You might call it something else.
