Dinner menu for Monday, Dec. 29

Tonight we had remodeled food. LOL! I took the L/O tarragon chicken from two days ago, cut up the chicken into smaller bites, added some basil pesto sauce, and cooked some spaghetti. I combined all that -- it sorta looked like chicken spaghetti but had a much better taste. Then I made a salad with fresh blue cheese dressing, made some frozen peas and carrots, and garlic toast.

We went out... I had prime rib and all the fixings =-)

Let's see...we had a very late lunch/early dinner at the Cheesecake Factory. We had Vietnamese spring rolls as an appetizer. Alicia had a Caesar salad and I had a cheeseburger (shared my fries with her). We shared a slice of Oreo cookie cheesecake. We drank Mango flavored iced tea.
