So what did you have?
We had takeout from our local corner Mexican food place. It was good.
I also made some cornbread stuff -- here's what it is. Two boxes of Jiffy mix, one egg, 1/3 cup of milk, 1 cup of cheese, small can of whole kernel corn and small can of cream corn. I baked it at 350 for about an hour. Now it's cooling. I have to take snacks to work on Tuesday, so I'm thinking of incorporating this cornbread into a layered Mexican thing. I'll keep googling.
