Dinner menu for Saturday, Dec. 6

I've got a pork tenderloin roasting in the oven right now. I think I'm going to shred it and add barbecue sauce to make sandwiches with. In a few minutes, I'm going to cook some potatoes to make potato salad, and will open up a can of Ranch style beans.

We still have blueberry muffins from last night but I have a box of lemon squares mix that I might make so we can save the muffins for breakfast (or DH's midnight snack!)

We had a smorgasboard of olives, fresh bread with provolone, salami and proscuitto. We also had cherry tomatoes. Yummy.

My family is away at a Christmas dinner dance for our soccer team. an open bar affair. so I'm home alone. I have some fresh pineapple pico de gallo with beef fajitas, key lime pie

I had a baked potato with some broccoli and cheese on it. My kids ate chicken noodle soup.
