Dinner tonight, 11/14

We're having homemade 4-cheese lasagna, a salad with fresh blue cheese dressing (I buy Boar's Head blue cheese crumbles and add to a bottled blue cheese dressing), cheese toast ... and a pie that's made from a jar of pecan pumpkin butter that MIL got at Williams-Sonoma. You just add heavy cream and eggs to it, and it makes a pie! Smells good, too.

We had a seafood stew that I made at dream dinners and blue cheese salad.

We had pizza pockets that I make out of pita bread. Kids like plain pepperoni but I like mine with pepperoni, feta cheese and green olives.
