Donate and ribbons??

How do you use the donate feature?

How do you get ribbons?

I have looked around how to do both of these and cannot find any info.

I clicked on donate and it said I couldn't do this.

I found links under the ranch store menu, but everyone said I am not allowed to do this. Just wondering how to donate, get ribbons, and give gifts.

I clicked both and could do it. I've given ribbons to myself and bought gifts.

Try it again. Just make sure you have the user name correct right down to the capitals and lower cases otherwise it will tell you that no such user exists.

Ok, it looks a little better, but I still don't understand how to use these features. Do people have to give me ribbons, or can I get my own?
How do people get the icons under where it says donate?
