I'm having a Christmas party on the 18th for about 30 people. I need help deciding what to make. It's just an appetizer/drinks party. I have some ideas, but what do you think makes good food for a Christmas party? I especially need ideas for meaty dishes. :yep:

I love the cream cheese pinwheels. Basically you just take tortillas and spread with cream cheese, then add 1 piese of fresh spinach, and 1 piece of meat. Then you roll up and cut into pieces, and place a toothpick in each piece to secure and to use as a "holder". Randalls makes these on a platter for lots of money! Also you can buy them already done at Sams. I forget what they are called, but they are in the freezer section, and you get like 60 bite sized pieces for like $10.00.
