I have been SO remiss in posting my menus!

Tomorrow is our birthday luncheon at work, but instead of lunch we're having breakfast. I made banana bread ... err, actually it's banana cake in the bundt pan ... from my dead bananas. I'm also making some mini things out of these:

Half of them will be egg, cheese and ham, and the other half will be cream cheese with strawberry preserves. I'll get up extra early in the morning to make them.

Okay, as for dinner tonight: we had quesadillas made with low-carb tortillas, 2% Mozzarella cheese, black beans, corn and green onions. Oh and I made some guac. Judd ate the quesadillas and I ate the stuff that leaked out of his and sizzled on the edge of the quesadilla maker.

I am SO bad about cooking anything anymore. DH NEVER eats at home (he only eats at work since he has these screwie hours).

Just kid and I, so I just don't remember to cook, eat, etc .. We haven't grocery shopped at all this month. (Maybe last month too .. :oops: )

I really need to get out of this funk, and cook. :thud:
