Dinner menu for Monday, July 9

I'm remodeling some of the leftover hamburgers from the weekend -- put them in a skillet with sliced onions and a jar of gravy on top. Now I'm making mashed potatoes and will either steam some broccoli or get some green beans out of the freezer.

we had jumbalya (sp) with kabasi, corn, and green beans.. haha it was a lazy dinner night here at my house... my son had a turkey and rice gerber dinner ( didn't look so yummy!!)

Ya, well Kim I would eat cereal every night for dinner if I was allowed! That's my favorite evening meal. Now would Judd go for it? I doubt it ...

He loved the dinner and I had a little dish left over so Erin could have it when she gets home from work at midnight (if she wants it, that is). Tomorrow night I remodel the hotdogs and baked beans into ... you guessed it! Beanie weanies!

The brownies and 8 hotdogs/buns along with a can of hotdog chili and package of grated cheese all goes to work with me tomorrow. There's no way we can finish all this off before it goes bad, so instead of throwing it out I might as well share with some of the folks at work.
