Shirley's Bullets

Shirley's kids called her dumplings bullets. All I know is that we kids would fight over the last ones.

4 eggs
3 c flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 c water
1 tsp salt
Beat eggs with fork and add all the other ingredients and beat "real good" she writes. Add by the tsp to boiling salted water. Cook until they rise to the top.
