behave beautifully? We are having a blizzard and my same ol' egg noodle recipe expanded to huge proportions and handled beautifully. DH has noticed the same thing when he is making bread.

Sorry Mode, I have never had the privilege (SP?) of making egg noodles, and it NEVER snows here either! :roflmao2: I'm glad that they turned out so well for you though! :clap:
