Granted, when my DH cooks, we all worry and wonder if can get thru it. Had rubbery burgers, black hot dogs, and burned baked beans tonight. The Lays potato chips were good, tho!!

Would love to see some inspirational summer recipe ideas here. Maybe something that even a lazy DH can fix. lol

I know what veggie I'm making ~ cheesy mashed cauliflower, but I haven't figured out what else yet...

You can always make BLTs ..they are great in hot weather

I love big salads when it's hot out ~ lots of toppings like different cheeses, avocado, etc.
