I am trying to make some transfers for t-shirts and I need a good place to make some of my own graphics for country music and anything to do with country music like guitars, drums, hats, boots and so on. Does anybody know some simple and cheap software that I can easily make some graphics?

 Help I need some sites if anyone knows of any.
I don't know if it's simple enough, but http://jasc.com has the free version of Paint Shop Pro. And if you buy a tshirt transfer kit at walmart (school supply section) there is usually a cd included to make what you need.
