My favorite cheeseball recipe

We've been making this for years and my kids love it more than any other "holiday" food! LOL!

2 packages of cream cheese
5-6 green onions chopped
a jar of Hormel dried beef, chopped finely

Mix it all together and chill, then roll in either parsley or chopped pecans (your choice). It is really good with any kind of cracker.

A co-worker of mine makes this and it's so good. She places all of the ingredients on top of saran wrap and then forms a ball. She lets it sit for about 15 minutes and then unwraps it. Perfect ball. :)
