I bought cream cheese for kim's corn dish. Good price so I bought an extra one
Anyway I spread a layer of cheam cheese on whole grain bread and layered whole green chiles on top. It was so good and I am stuffed. Better take the pups for a long walk!

what kind of green chilli....I may try this my green chille choice would be new mexico.
okay I am different but got to get busy and order our once a year traditional pickled bologna from michigan.

When I was little I would amke cream cheese and jelly sandwiches. :yep:
DS might like the green chilies version.
Pickled bologna? Never heard of it.
