I volunteered to make a veggie chili for a zoo party. I need some ideas or if these I found sound good. I Would prefer one with no tofu.

Those recipes are what I make minus the can of corn because I don't like corn in recipes. You can't screw up vegetarian chili, just put in what you would normally put in minus the meat.

I have that first recipe you linked to. It sounds really good, but I've never tried it.

I just use a can or two of black beans, and a can or two of kidney beans, a big can (or two small ones) of chopped tomatoes with the peppers already mixed in (rotel), and chili powder. :donno: I'm kind of a throw everything in the pot kind of girl. If it's not thick enough, I add a bit of wondra flower to thicken it up, or I just mash some of the beans with a potato masher.
