To change your mood it is now located on the forum main page right under the private messages link click on the change my mood up above

I've changed mine a few times, but it won't show up. Does it have to do with the different skins?

I'm using the purple, btw.

Everyone that has a RED X by the MY MOOD: up top click the X http://www.roundupranch.com/forums/images/mood/24.gif and change your mood a drop down box will show when you click it
it is right under the private message thing up top on the right
