Well the new electrician finally tied in all the electric for the kitchen, nook, living room and bar. Here's a pic of my new bar top with the lights dimmed up above :yep:

Today I also received my shipment of rugs courtesy of Kohls.com (coupons + free ship :clap: ) I just LOVE this rug. I don't have the large one opened yet but here's a pic of the accent rug I'm using in the kitchen. The bigger one will go in the nook and I may put one in the dining room. I accidentally ordered the wrong size so I re-ordered and figured I could keep the big big one for the dining room. Anyway, here's a pic (note, nook isn't 100% finished yet :)

We still have a bunch of stuff to do, but the MAJOR work is done. Major as in knocking down walls :yep: The last 2 rooms are the dining room and former living room which will be my computer/craft area. Rob built a half wall for me between these 2 rooms because they were too open, so we're working on that. So that's all for now. More updates as I finish them.
