We FINALLY hired a contractor to do our bathroom!

I am SO relieved!! He needs to figure out his schedule for Dec. & Jan and will get back to us regarding when he will be able to start. He did say he could have it done by the end of the yr, but we'll see...

We bought our sink fixture and are going to order the bath/shower one soon. That is special order because of the bathtub being a clawfoot tub. We also got the light that will go above the med.cabinet and the tile for the floor. Tuesday we are taking the tub to be refinished and should get that back the week after Thanksgiving.

I still need to strip the paint off of the medicine cabinet door & 2 drawers (we are having a cabinet custom made to fit the door and 2 drawers that go under it.). But that's it! I REALLY miss not having a bathtub right now and can't wait until this bath renovation is over!

I'll be sure to post before/during/after pics once we get going!

We hired a contractor about 2 months ago, and they shoulda been here two WEEKS ago. So I got a Jucuzzi sitting in my garage where my car should be. :roflmao2: Tiles and light pilled everywhere!

They take their own sweet time! :yep:

Why is it we're always doing the same projects at the same time?? LOL!! Oh I LOVE clawfoot tubs, I wish I did that for our bath. Can't wait to see pics!! What kind of look are you doing? I'm still trying to figure it out for my 1/2 bath.
