1. What's your favorite spice? That's a hard one, since I can't pick one. I can't do without chili powder and cumin since I fix mexican a lot.. I also love to use tarragon on veggies. I also use lots of garlic.

2. Do you have a favorite recipe that was handed down to you from a relative? (please post it!) I have several and have probably posted them all before. LOL

3. Do you use bottled sauces or do you like to make your own? Both.

4. Do you use seasoning packets such as McCormick? (which are your favorite?) I don't use many except taco seasoning mixes and hollandase (sp?) sauce mix.

5. What dish is your family always asking for? :donno: They pretty much love my cooking. :wub: They do think it is extra special when we have Breakfast for Dinner days. :yep:

6. Do you plan your menus ahead of time? How far in advance? I cook in bulk a lot and freeze. I usually do that by making double/triple quantity.

7. How often do you grocery shop? Probably about once a week. We always seem to need milk.

8. What's your favorite kitchen appliance? I love my George Forman grill! It's a PITA to clean, though. I also love my KitchenAid mixer.
