Here is why. These were taken the other day, since these were taken they put up the blue board and plywood on the floor in the room upstairs that was ripped out for over a year now. Today they are putting plaster up on the walls and hopefully putting the window in that black hole. :yep: Then they are coming downstairs to plaster the foyer ceiling. Talk about messes. They have also put in the new door in that room upstairs and are putting the new kitchen door on today. I'll take more pics tonight after they leave and show you what they did today... If I can find my way up there. :yep:

So what are you going to do with the extra room?

That room will be a huge bedroom for my son. He always had the small room growing up. When he moves out I get it...lol!

Here is the foyer ceiling they plastered yesterday. The swirlies are pretty. I also bought a nice stained glass light to go up there.

Here is my glass top stove I put in the other day. Betska gave it to me and I LOVE it! The hole over the stove is where my microwave is going to be. Next, new counter tops!

Here is the walls they plastered yesterday upstairs in Justin's new bedroom. You can see the new door in there too.

A lot has been done since I posted that last picture. They finished the bedroom upstairs except for the rug that will be put down Monday. Tomorrow I go up and poly the trim & doors and paint the back porch so they can lay the new floor out there too. Then they will lay the new carpet on my staircase in the front room. The back porch got new windows upstairs yesterday and next will be the downstairs porch windows. What a difference it makes!

LOL...that door leads to the back porch upstairs. I guess that when DS is old enough to sneak out I thought I'd just give him the darn keys. :yep:
