I'm making cheesy spinach in the crockpot, baby carrots and french bread. I have my favorite Ben & Jerry's Mint Chocolate Cookie for dessert, too :yep:

I cooked yesterday...football game food and we didn't have an appetite for it after the Broncos made us sick. I guess kielbasa and saurkraut from yesterday.

I have a pot of ham and split pea soup bubbling on the stove. I also have chicken tenders marinating to grill and add to salad.

I have homemade chicken and dumplings for tonight.

We're having a pork roast with veggies in the crockpot. And I should get off my butt and make some fresh bread to go with it but it's getting a little late to do that so maybe I'll just make some desert or something instead to go with it.
