Ther eis absolutely nothing wrong with saying Happy Holidays. I worked retail for 7 yrs 10 yrs ago. We all said Happy Holidays. The tv stations (abc, nbc, cbs, fox, and an independant one) have Happy Holiday commercials.
One cannot tell by looking at someone what their religion affiliation is, if they have one. Happy Holidays is universal.

Merry Christmas
Or
Happy Holidays = Happy Holy Days
So no matter, if you are Christian then both are GREAT *smile*

Because we all know if it is EVIL to say Merry Christmas now right? What does it hurt? If someone said Happy Hanukkah or Happy Kwanza it would not kill me....or insult me.
Yes, but what Holiday? ....

I got it.
Happy Winter!? Happy December!? Happy We're About to End the year!?
I think whole hoopla is stupid. I just care if the cashier is friendly and doesn't put cans with my bread. heehehee
Skip the Merry this and Happy that, talk about education, health care, jobs, min wage increase, keeping pedophiles IN jail FOREVER, alternative fuel.

How stupid. I see nothing wrong with wishing someone Merry Christmas or Happy Kwanzaa if it's near the appropriate day no matter what they celebrate. Next thing you know, retailers will be selecting merchandise to sell that simply states happy holidays rather than individual sentiments too.

That is so ridiculous. Why do people want to come to this country. The big thing is free speech and "rights" but then they want to take the rights of our comfort or how we've ALWAYS done things away from us because it makes others feel uncomfortable. I wonder if it does or people just want SOMETHING to bitch about. Christmas is a huge holiday that obviously the majority of people choose to celebrate (Christians or not). Retail stores wouldn't have SO MUCH Christmas merchandise if it was a loss of $$$. So the few people that are against it have this power to make us NOT say Merry Christmas?
I think its wrong....
So, all I have to say is....
MERRY CHRISTMAS AND HAPPY HOLIDAYS TO ALL!
