Finally tried out the ron popell rotisserie that a friend gave me when she moved into a smaller house. Kept procrastinating about using it.Today went out in the snow and got an ovenstuffer.Wow did it come out yummy .Made that with some rice and blackbeans and spinach and garlic and stovetopp .MMm I am full.

DH cooked coconut shrimp and broccoli. Both were lousy...but he did cook and I have a stomachache.

DH b-b-q'd second night in a row. Ribs and Potatoes tonight....steaks and potatoes last night. I LOVE b-b-q'd potatoes. YUM! I had the weekend off, and that makes it even better!
